From first conversation to go-live in four steps
No big bang: we start small, measure, and only expand once it proves itself.
1. Analysis
We look at your workflows and pick a use case where automation clearly pays off.
2. Pilot (4–8 weeks)
A limited deployment with clear rules. You see early what works – and what doesn’t.
3. Go-live
We release step by step, train your team and set up hand-offs to people cleanly.
4. Optimisation
We evaluate together, sharpen the rules and only expand where it adds value.
Answers to the most common questions
What is an AI agent?
An AI agent understands requests in plain language, uses defined tools and knowledge sources and handles clearly bounded tasks. Anything decisive it submits to people for approval.
How does an agent differ from a chatbot?
A chatbot answers predefined questions. An agent can also trigger actions, such as entering appointments or creating tickets.
How quickly can I start?
After an analysis call a pilot in 4–8 weeks is realistic, depending on scope.
Do I have to replace my systems?
Usually not. The agent is connected to your existing systems where interfaces exist.
Do I have to tell customers they are talking to AI?
Yes – the EU AI Act (Art. 50) provides for transparency when interacting with AI systems. Our agents identify themselves accordingly.
